I love cheese, I don’t think there’s a cheese I don’t like, not that I’ve tried them all, but I still have time, and need to schedule a trip to Europe to make sure I get to taste them all.
Finally an experiment worth eating and sharing!
Autumn Brie March Style
1/8 cup of each: golden raisins, chopped figs, dried cranberries, chopped apple (with skin on) and chopped pecans
2 Tbsp of honey (or to taste)
Mix together and zap in micro for thirty second intervals until warm. Dump on room temperature brie wedge and enjoy with crackers or bread. (I prefer triscuits)
This tastes divine with a mildly sweet red wine.
